Arden Building Companies has multiple fabrication facilities which provide fire protection pipework to be completed in a controlled environment using state-of-the-art fabrication tools. Our plasma pipe cutting station and submerged arc and MIG welding machines dramatically accelerate timetables and ensure the highest quality. Our experience with modular construction methodology — fabricating entire piping sections before installation — is challenging conventional methods and what can be accomplished rapidly.

Sprinkler System Testing

Sprinkler System Inspections & Testing

Quarterly sprinkler system inspections are required by code to ensure they will work properly at all times. The inspections include checking all flow and tamper switches for a fire alarm activation, system pressures, physical condition of sprinkler heads, and changes in building use.
