What advice would you give to a young woman entering the construction industry?
Develop confidence! Never underestimate your abilities and what value you bring to the table. Be open to opportunities. You can only grow in your position if you are challenged.
How do you think the construction industry can attract more female candidates?
The industry can be intimidating for women as stereotypes drive opinions. I believe breaking those stereotypes and empowering other professional women will open many doors for females in the construction industry.
What is the best part of your job?
I am constantly acquiring knowledge to be successful! Knowledge is power, and my environment gives me the drive to succeed every day.
