What advice would you give to a young woman entering the construction industry?
Be sure to explore all of your options. We are currently working at a high school and it seems like the majority of junior and senior students are not aware of all of the different trades involved in construction.
How do you think the construction industry can attract more female candidates?
By raising awareness starting at a young age.
What is the best part of your job?
Watching how the buildings progress during construction. Being able to view the buildings from start to finish is always the best part.
